What makes this product diffrent from all the others is that its impossible to do it wrong. These are short dog leads so your dog can not get tangled around you and can not go in front of you. They can not get the momentum to jerk you and it teaches them to walk nicely beside you. The dog collar that comes with it is the prong collar and in my experience dogs don't pull against it. Regular dog collars are great fashion accesories but they are the worst for everyday walking. They sit low on the neck where the dog is the strongest and this causes them to pull. The leads are made from high tensile shock absorbers so if the dog pulls it pulls them back into correct position without jerking you. I came up with this after much trial and error. I wasn't going to give up walking my dogs but I knew there had to be a better way. This way the stress was off my hands and shoulders. I love the freedom and I use it everyday.
